capabilities of bedroom and bathroom linens and accessories, shades, blinds and fabric
window treatments.
OUR MISSION We search for products that provide real fashion and value for our customers. We present them in an attractive and informative manner. We provide customer service of the highest standards. OUR VISION To be our customer’s primary source of product and information that enhances the comfort and appearance of the bedrooms, bathrooms and windows of their home. OUR HISTORY Kramer’s was opened on November 1, 1982. The store was founded by Michael and Joann Kramer who continue to operate the company to this day. We have been located at our current address, in Grosse Pointe’s "Village" shopping area, from the beginning. We are proud to be a part of the community and actively participate in local events and designers’ show houses. We strongly advocate independent retailing and the flexibility, responsiveness and expertise that it provides the consumer.
